For over 75 years, the Seewagen Family has known that physical competence empowers children to develop a healthy self-esteem. In 1984, CATS developed a unique cross training curriculum with the assumption that if a child achieves success the child will have more fun. Through interaction, students are given the steps to achieve their goals. The more success a child has the more fun the child will have leading to a lifelong love of being active.
CATS now includes a broad spectrum of activities: CATS Dance, Martial Arts, Soccer, Basketball and for adults, we offer Bikram Yoga and Martial Arts. Come join the fun!
