Policy
REFUND POLICY: The $50.00 administrative fee is non-refundable effective from time of registering (either by phone or in person) for all classes. Tennis class refunds will be given only if notification is received one week prior to first day of class. For all other classes, notification of cancellation must be received at least 24 hours prior to the first or second class of CATS session not to incur the fee for that day’s class. Pro-rated refunds will be given up until 48 hours after the second class of the enrolled session if notification is received within that time. Neither REFUNDS nor CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN THEREAFTER. Refund requests must be made directly to an office staff member (not to a coach). Refund payments are by check only and take up to four weeks. No exceptions. Membership is non-transferable. TRANSFERS: A $25.00 fee is required after a term begins. RETURNED CHECKS incur a $50.00 service charge.
After the term begins any unpaid balances will incur a $25.00 LATE FEE.

1. GUESTS AND SIBLINGS: Guest invitation/participation (by one who is age appropriate) is considered a Trial Class and must be arranged with the office at least 1 day in advance of requested attendance. Guest fees are $30.00 for any 45/55-minute class, $35.00 for a Sport Development class and $45.00 for a Tennis class. Non-enrolled siblings may not attend class nor be present on the gym floor.
2. CLASS PARTICIPATION/OBSERVATION: Baby & Kiddie groups need full participation by the parents/care givers who also must wear sneakers. Please do not use your cell phones when in the gym. For Junior CATS 1, after the first 2 weeks of class parents/care givers may no longer stay in class. From Junior CATS on up, parents/care givers are not permitted to stay in the gym during class. The Observation Area is provided for your use. Seating is on a first come first served basis.
3. ENTRANCE / DISMISSAL: All students must be supervised before class by their parents/care givers. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS IS ALSO AN OFFICE. No child will be dismissed from the gym without a supervising adult. Please notify the office if someone new will be picking up your child.
4. CLOTHING: Students should wear their appropriate CATS T-shirt (given out in class with paid enrollment.) Sneakers are a must, as is comfortable leg wear.
5. ILLNESS:
Children should not attend class if they are ill. Instructors may ask children exhibiting symptoms (i.e. runny noses, fevers, coughing, etc.) to leave their class.
REMEMBER, OTHER CHILDREN MIGHT HAVE ALLERGIES, SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH FOOD.
