Description of Levels
Fun Motivates Children
BABY CATS (Age: 1-1.5: 1.6-1.11) (45 minutes) Through a variety of innovative sport instruction and captivating, age appropriate material children discover their athletic potential, develop strength, visual and spatial perception and coordination. Parent/Caregiver involvement required.
KIDDIE CATS (Age: 2-2.5; 2.6-2.11) (45 minutes) Dynamic teacher-guided activities and child-directed play further develop each child's physical competence. Parent/Caregiver involvement required.
JUNIOR CATS (3 year olds)A transitional 50 min. class in which children are separated from caregivers. Skill sets for all sports will lay the foundation for future success.
SPORT DEVELOPMENT CLASSES (Pre K to 10 years) (45-60 minutes)Classes introduce children to game strategy while further developing their skills and strength in a fun atmosphere with an emphasis on learning and good sportsmanship. Skills are reinforced through specially created games with low level competition. As the children get older more time is spent on game play.
SPORT SPECIFIC CLASSES (Pre K to 10 years) (45-60 minutes) Classes focus on individual sports such as, basketball, soccer, and tennis. Skills are reinforced through cross training strategies then games are played keeping competition to a minimum.
